We’re Karen Warner, RN, and Pete Warner, the local owners and operators of Caring Transitions of Guilford. We opened our business because we believe that life’s transitions should be met with compassion, understanding, and support.

Meet Karen and Pete
Before opening Caring Transitions of Guilford, Karen built a career in healthcare as a Registered Nurse, including working in the ICU, before transitioning into pharmaceutical sales and ultimately serving as a Vice President of Market Access.
Pete began his career as a high school history teacher before moving into pharmaceutical sales, where he became a Regional Director responsible for managing more than 200 sales representatives. He later retired from the industry.
As local owners, they are committed to serving the community with compassion, respect, and professionalism through every step of life’s many transitions.
